If you have experienced narcissistic abuse, are navigating significant life changes, feel trapped in repeating patterns, or need support following a plant-medicine retreat, Rose can support you on your healing journey.

Rose offers one-to-one sessions outdoors during walks in nature in the beautiful countryside around Petersfield, Hampshire or via Zoom. Meetings can be ad hoc, weekly, fortnightly, or monthly, depending on your needs.

As we transition to New Earth, masks may slip, circumstances may shift dramatically, and relationships, situations, and ways of living that are no longer in alignment may begin to fall away.  This can be part of a profound process of personal and spiritual transformation, but it may also feel unsettling while you are experiencing it.

Topics for discussion can include:

As an intuitive empath, Rose will hold a safe and compassionate space for you to explore your experiences, fears, relationships, and shadow work without judgement.

Through conversation and reflection, Rose will listen compassionately and tune in to your individual needs, helping you to identify recurring patterns, explore different perspectives and choices, and gain greater clarity about the way forward. 

Drawing upon her intuition and shamanic practice, she may also channel guidance from her Spirit Guides, combining intuitive insight with practical steps to help create positive change and forward momentum.

Shamanic Life Coaching can be used as a stand-alone service or alongside Shamanic Healing and Lifestyle Medicine to support deeper and more sustained personal transformation.

Consultations
Consultations can be one, one and a half, or two hours, depending upon your needs.  Shamanic Life Coaching costs £60 per hour.
