Payment is required in full before your appointment. Card payments are processed via Stripe. Once your payment has been received, your appointment and further instructions will be confirmed by email.
Shamanic Healing
Rose performs Shamanic Healing in person in Petersfield and remotely through Distance Sessions. Please note that distance sessions are just as effective as in-person meetings. Each session will be narrated in real-time, and you will receive an audio recording by email.

A 30-minute follow-up consultation for a client after a Shamanic Healing to discuss any aspect of the session.
Art Tutorial – Studio Visit
A one-to-one tutorial for one hour in your studio or home in East Hampshire, plus travel costs.
Art Tutorial – Zoom
One-to-one tutorial for one hour via Zoom.
Lifestyle Medicine – First Appointment
A 1.5-hour introductory meeting in person in Petersfield or via Zoom to discuss your health and well-being.
Wellness – Follow-up Appointment
A one-hour appointment in person or via Zoom to discuss your Treatment Plan or progress.
Cancellation Policy
This policy applies to all sessions booked with me, whether they are in-person or held via Zoom (online). When you book a session, your appointment time is reserved especially for you. Accordingly, payment is due in full at the time of booking, and the following policy applies.
- You may cancel or reschedule your appointment with at least 48 hours’ notice.
- With 48+ hours’ notice, you can choose:
- to reschedule your session to a new date/time, or
- to receive a full refund.
- If you cancel with less than 48 hours’ notice, or you do not attend your session, the session fee is non-refundable.
- This applies equally to in-person sessions and Zoom appointments (including technical issues or missed links).
Late Arrival
Please arrive/log in on time. If you are late, your session will usually still end at the scheduled time to avoid impacting other clients. If you are more than 15 minutes late, the session may be treated as a no-show and will be non-refundable.
Illness & Emergencies
If you are unwell or there is an emergency, please contact me as soon as possible. In genuine circumstances, I may offer a one-time courtesy reschedule (refunds are not guaranteed), at my discretion.
If I need to Cancel
If I ever need to cancel or reschedule due to illness or unforeseen circumstances, you will be offered:
- the earliest available alternative appointment, or
- a full refund.
