In-Person Shamanic Healing Session
An individually tailored session held in my private healing room in Petersfield for up to two hours.  The session includes a consultation, an opening ceremony, cleansing with sacred smoke, energy body healing, and a traditional Shamanic Journey guided by Spirit, incorporating the healing techniques appropriate to your individual needs.  The journey is narrated as it takes place, and you will receive an audio recording and transcript of your session by email.

Distance Shamanic Healing Session
An individually tailored Shamanic Healing Session undertaken remotely on your behalf, wherever you are on Mother Earth.  Following an email exchange to set your intentions, I undertake a traditional Shamanic Journey guided by Spirit, incorporating the healing techniques appropriate to your individual needs.  You do not need to be present during the healing.  The journey is narrated as it unfolds, and you will receive an audio recording and transcript of your session by email.

Shamanic Life Coaching
A one-to-one session combining life coaching with shamanic wisdom and spiritual guidance.  Sessions are tailored to your individual needs and may explore personal challenges, patterns and beliefs, life direction, mindfulness and meditation, spiritual development, or ways to create meaningful change in your life.

Private Shamanic Mentoring & Teaching
A bespoke 2-hour one-to-one Zoom session for those wishing to explore or deepen their understanding and practice of shamanism.  Each session is tailored to your experience, interests, and areas you would like to explore, and includes personalised teaching materials, follow-up notes, and resources.  Sessions may include discussion, teaching, Shamanic Journeying, practical exercises, and individual guidance to support the development of your own shamanic practice.

Art Tutorial & Mentoring
A one-to-one art tutorial combining practical tuition, critical feedback and professional mentoring, tailored to your individual practice and development.  Sessions are available via Zoom or in your studio or home in Petersfield.

Lifestyle Medicine – First Appointment
A 1.5-hour introductory meeting in person in Petersfield or via Zoom to discuss your health and well-being.

Lifestyle Medicine – Personalised Lifestyle Plan
A personalised written plan prepared following your consultation, providing recommendations for supplements, nutrition, lifestyle changes, and exercises appropriate to your individual needs.

Lifestyle Medicine – Follow-up Appointment
A one-hour appointment in person or via Zoom to discuss your Plan and progress.

Cancellation Policy
This policy applies to all sessions booked with me, whether they are in-person or held via Zoom (online). When you book a session, I reserve your appointment time exclusively for you. Accordingly, payment is due in full at the time of booking and is non-refundable.

Late Arrival
Please arrive/log in on time. If you are late, your session will usually end at the scheduled time to avoid impacting other clients. If you are more than 15 minutes late, the session may be treated as a no-show and will be non-refundable.

Illness & Emergencies
If you are unwell or there is an emergency, please contact me as soon as possible. In genuine circumstances, I may offer a one-time courtesy reschedule at my discretion.

If I Need to Cancel
If I ever need to cancel or reschedule due to illness or unforeseen circumstances, you will be offered the earliest available alternative appointment or an alternative mutually convenient time.
