Narcissistic Abuse Specialist
Rose is a naturally gifted intuitive empath with over 50 years of lived experience navigating, observing and overcoming narcissistic abuse in families, relationships, friendships, workplaces, and communities. She has a specialist interest in emotional abuse in the mother-daughter dynamic. She brings a deep understanding of the spiritual, energetic, emotional, mental, and physical impact of narcissism and is dedicated to unlocking the full potential of her clients through Shamanic Healing and Shamanic Coaching.
Distance Healing
After completing Reiki Level I in 2012, Rose deepened her healing journey by working with plant medicines in 2019, where she held space and offered hands-on healing at ceremonies alongside three Shamans in Southern England. During the 2020 lockdown, when in-person work was restricted, she discovered the transformative power of Shamanic Drumming as a means to access the Spirit Realm. Through this practice, Rose realised that profound spiritual healing could also be shared remotely, allowing her to connect with and support clients across any distance.
Shamanic Drumming
Rose began her Shamanic Healing training with Shamanic Spirit Medicine in 2020. She was drawn to accessing Spirit Mind through shamanic drumming because it offered a powerful way to access healing at any time, whilst fitting with her family life. By working through her drum, she can enter a profoundly healing and transformative journey, and then seamlessly return to her daily responsibilities. Unlike plant medicines, which remain active for many hours, drumming allows her to move between the sacred non-ordinary reality and the everyday ordinary reality with ease.
Training
Rose has completed six courses in Shamanic Healing, holds a certificate in teaching adults, and is educated to Masters Level with two undergraduate degrees. After leaving university in Newcastle upon Tyne, Rose built a career in London as a Public Relations Manager for international corporations before pursuing her creative passion through a BA and MA in Fine Art. Following her move to West Sussex, she worked as a professional Artist and art Tutor. After becoming a mother, Rose felt called to retrain as a Shamanic Practitioner, blending her academic, professional, and personal life experience into her healing work.
Hobbies
Rose lives and works in Petersfield, East Hampshire, southern England. She enjoys walks in nature in the beautiful South Downs with her Beloved Soul Partner and dog, daily meditation, Tai Chi, Chi Gung, and reading about spirituality and healing.
